Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • Original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Many of our items are pre-owned, vintage, or one-of-a-kind. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
